HIKAWA HOUSE is not a hotel.
Fully renovated in August 2026, the building holds two 60 m² homes you can book independently — 101 on the ground floor, 201 upstairs. Stay on one floor, or take both. Hikawa Shrine sits just behind the building.

Bring the children. Bring the grandparents. Cook in the full kitchen, do the laundry, sleep on Simmons mattresses — then take the train into the city.

For a weekend or a long stay, this is your house in Tokyo.

2026年8月にフルリノベーションした建物に、それぞれ独立して予約できる60㎡のふたつの家を用意しました。1階の101だけ、2階の201だけ、あるいは両方まるごと。建物の裏手には、地域で親しまれている氷川神社があります。

子どもも、祖父母も。フルキッチンで料理をして、洗濯乾燥機で洗濯をして、シモンズのベッドで眠る。そして電車やバスで、東京の街へ。

短い旅も、長い滞在も。東京の家として、お使いください。

The Two Homes ふたつの家

Same building, same renovation, 60 m² each. The ground floor has three bedrooms, a big dining table and its own gas dryer — and you walk straight in from the street. The upper floor has two bedrooms and a bright living room, up one flight of stairs. Each is booked as its own listing.

同じ建物、同じリノベーション、どちらも60㎡。1階は3つの寝室と大きな食卓、ガス衣類乾燥機「乾太くん」付きで、路面からすぐお部屋へ。2階は2つの寝室と明るいリビング、階段で上がった先にあります。それぞれを、別のお部屋としてご予約いただけます。

Book both homes for the same dates: 120 m² across two floors, nine double beds, up to eighteen guests. The grandparents take 101 on the ground floor — no stairs — and the children sleep late upstairs in 201.

Behind the building stands Hikawa Shrine, much loved by the neighbourhood. Central Tokyo is close, yet the streets here keep the calm of an older Tokyo.

建物の裏手には、地域で親しまれている氷川神社。都心へのアクセスは良いまま、昔ながらの東京の落ち着いた街並みが残るエリアです。

Hikawa Shrine stands just behind the building. Shops on the Nakajuku street, a supermarket and a drugstore are a few minutes away; Ikebukuro is about 10 minutes by bus or car. Times are approximate and vary with traffic and transfers.

Can I book just one floor? 片方のフロアだけでも予約できますか？

Yes. HIKAWA HOUSE 101 (1F) and HIKAWA HOUSE 201 (2F) are independent listings — book one or the other, completely separate from the other floor's guests. Two private entrances, two private kitchens. 101 is at street level; 201 is up one flight of stairs.

If I take both floors, how is it different? 両方借りた時の使い分けは？

Book 101 and 201 for the same dates and both homes are yours — two kitchens, two living rooms, two shower rooms. Most three-generation families use HIKAWA HOUSE 101 (1F) for meals and shared time, and HIKAWA HOUSE 201 (2F) for sleeping. Some couples take 201 for themselves and let the kids run wild downstairs. There are no rules.

101と201を同じ日程でご予約いただくと、2フロア・120㎡をご利用いただけます。キッチン2つ、LDK2つ、シャワールーム2つ。三世代でのご利用は、1階を食卓と団らん、2階を就寝にするのが一般的。ご夫婦が2階を専有し、お子さまは1階で自由に、という使い方も。決まりはありません。

HIKAWA HOUSE 101 (1F) sleeps up to 10 across 5 Simmons double beds (3 LDK). HIKAWA HOUSE 201 (2F) sleeps up to 8 across 4 double beds (2 LDK). Take both for up to 18 guests. At full occupancy, two guests share each double bed.

It depends on the dates — please check on the booking page. Long stays are welcome: there is a full kitchen and laundry in each home.

Yes, on both floors — induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, rice cooker and cookware. For hygiene reasons, oil, salt and seasonings are not provided.

How do I check in? チェックインは？

Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out by 10:00. Self check-in with a keypad lock; each floor has its own entrance. Details are sent before arrival.

There is no parking on the property. Please use a nearby coin parking lot or public transport.

Anything to know before booking? 予約前に知っておくことは？

The building faces a main road, so you may hear traffic at times; every room has inner windows for soundproofing. There is no elevator — 201 is reached by stairs. The building is fully non-smoking (a ¥50,000 cleaning fee applies if smoking is found), and parties are not allowed. Please keep quiet from 21:00 to 07:00.

建物は国道沿いのため、時間帯によって車の走行音が聞こえる場合があります（各居室に防音の内窓を設置）。エレベーターはなく、201へは階段をご利用いただきます。室内・建物内は全面禁煙（喫煙が確認された場合は特別清掃費50,000円）、パーティーは禁止です。21:00〜翌7:00は静かにお過ごしください。
